SRMB TMT bars are manufactured using the Tempcore Quenching Technology of CRM, Belgium.
Unlike the technology of yesteryears, the Tempcore technology involves rapid cooling of the bars right after they come out from the hot rolling mills.
The Tempcore water cooling system is designed to provide extensive cooling to harden the outer surface of bars in a short amount of time.
Meanwhile, the inner core of the bars remains hot and soft which adds elasticity to the bars.
